The 2026 GPAP Summer School will be held on the campus of the Institute for Advanced Study (IAS) in Princeton, NJ. Air and rail transportation to the IAS is easiest via Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) and NJTransit to Princeton Station (see here). During the school, students will also visit the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL) for a tour of FLARE, a newly operational, one-of-a-kind laboratory experiment designed to study magnetic reconnection under astrophysical conditions.
